We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to support platform transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and standardized ways of working.
- Develop and execute communication strategies, including release announcements, roadmap updates, newsletters, and awareness campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineering teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
- Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable insights, helping prioritize improvements and enhance the overall platform experience.
- Design and deliver onboarding, enablement,



and training programs that empower users to effectively leverage platform services and capabilities.
- Foster and manage internal communities through events, workshops, hackathons, office hours, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen user engagement and platform advocacy.

- Years' experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), driving user adoption, engagement, and communication initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
