Compliance is not a support function here. It is directly tied to whether we can trade, onboard counterparties, and scale.This role sits at the center of that.You will help execute the operational layer of Compliance and Legal. That means running onboarding, tracking multiple parallel workstreams, and making sure nothing slips between Compliance, other internal departments and external counterparties.This is a hands-on execution role. You will not observe processes. You will run them, improve them, and fix them when they break.ResponsibilitiesCompliance triage: monitor communication channels, assist counterparties with onboarding, track onboarding status,



manage initial and final stages, and allocate daily tasksProject management: manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on scheduleProcess and counterparty experience improvement: identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement better workflowsResearch & analysis: gather data and prepare concise summaries or briefs for the CLO and senior compliance/legal stakeholdersMeeting coordination: prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, record minutes, and track follow-upsSkillsAttention to detail: delivers reliable outputs and reduces risk of errorsOrganized and structured: able to map out processes, prioritize, and track multiple projectsProject management tools proficiency: we use AsanaCritical thinking & problem-solving: able to break down issues and propose solutionsStrong communication: clear writing and comfort with different stakeholdersLearning minds
