We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to helping adult players improve their game while creating a positive, engaging, and memorable experience on and off the court.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality tennis coaching sessions for adult players of different ages, nationalities, and skill levels.Design and adapt training sessions according to players' individual goals, technical abilities, and physical condition.Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help participants maximize their development and enjoyment of the game.Create a motivating, inclusive, and professional training environment that reflects the values of Rafa Nadal Academy.Ensure the safe and effective use of courts, equipment,



and academy facilities.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience across all adult tennis programs, camps, and events.Support the organization and delivery of tennis clinics, tournaments, social events, and other academy activities.Build strong relationships with participants by delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout their stay.Essential RequirementsOfficial Tennis Coaching Certification (minimum Level 1 or equivalent international qualification).Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience with adult players in clubs, academies, resorts, or similar environments.Advanced conversational English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an international clientele.Passion for coaching, customer service, and creating exceptional player experiences.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules accord
