IT Project Manager – Fixed-term contract – MedtechLocation: Barcelona, Spain
Contract: Full-time, 2-year contract
Travel: 10–15% (France, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand)
The RoleOur client, an international Medtech organization, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT rollout and implementation projects.
You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning through go-live and hypercare, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international IT rollout and implementation projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews
- Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare
- Manage issues, risks, dependencies,



and local requirements
- Ensure alignment with general IT standards
- Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management
- Support communication, training, and change management
- Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations

Your Profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects
- Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel 10–15%
- PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage
