RedCastile is a real estate company based in the Comunitat Valenciana, helping international and local clients buy, sell and manage property in Spain. Our services cover residential brokerage as well as property management, renovations, valuation, advisory and legal support with the practical and administrative side of owning property in Spain.RedCastile has operated in the region since 2016, working with residential properties, international clients, property management and renovation projects. In 2026, the company is entering a new stage, expanding its brokerage and developing its own technology and agent network.

Your role
You will develop your own business through RedCastile, working with leads provided by the brokerage as well as opportunities you generate yourself, taking on properties, working with buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating and managing transactions through to completion.

- More to offer your clients. RedCastile combines property brokerage with valuation, advisory, legal and property-management capabilities, giving you more resources to support clients beyond the sale itself.
- Technology built around the job. You’ll use RedCastile OS, our own real estate platform, bringing leads, properties, clients, market research, viewings, documents, transactions and commissions into one place. It is built around the Spanish real estate workflow rather than adapted from a generic CRM.
- An international client base. RedCastile works with international buyers and sellers, so multilingual and cross-border experience is particularly valuable.
