As a Commercial Leader for Iberia, you will shape and execute growth strategies, including Go-to-Market initiatives, to advance business performance and customer loyalty. You will own forecasting, budgeting, and account planning for Spain and Portugal, balancing high-touch field sales with digital engagement. You’ll lead and coach the Iberia sales teams, drive governance and training, and cultivate senior-level customer relationships. This role offers meaningful scope to impact growth, productivity, and ethical, data-informed decision making.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives, including Go-to-Market, to drive long-term growth and customer loyalty
• Own the budgeting process for the business (orders, SGu0026A, headcount, capex) and lead forecasting for POR
• Define Iberia account planning approach with direct ownership of key accounts and segments




• Manage key accounts and/or industry segments in Spain and Portugal with accountability for results
• Lead, organize, and coach Iberia ISV sales teams; set budgets and goals for ISV team
• Establish governance processes: KPIs, productivity assessments, performance reviews, improvement plans; report regularly
• Ensure training plans are created and delivered to strengthen functional and technical knowledge
• Build and maintain customer relationships; engage in senior-level commercial negotiations; majority of time spent visiting customers
• Collaborate with Iberia stakeholders to maximize Emerson’s total business potential
• Foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement; ensure ethics and trade compliance across the sales team
