What You Would Do As Our Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative you will operate in an international B2B environment with technical products, diverse customer segments, and different cultural contexts. Reporting to the Managing Director of FlexiForce, an international specialist in components and solutions for sectional overhead doors, you will be responsible for expanding existing customers relationship, developing new customers and market opportunities, as well as delivering concrete revenue and margin results.

- Driving sustainable commercial growth by developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying and converting new business opportunities, increasing market share across segments, and actively managing pricing, product mix, and gross margin.
- Strengthening and expanding customer relationships through long‑term partnership building, realizing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, increasing customer loyalty and share of wallet, negotiating within commercial frameworks, and anticipating market developments and customer needs.
- Ensuring performance and predictability by building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and reporting, monitoring contract and account performance, and identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
