In this role you support the Southern Europe commercial team and co-lead Business Development with the Sales Manager to maximise profitable growth and regional KPI delivery. You will provide concise reporting, forecasting, category insights and manage commercial contracts and administration. The role offers breadth, insight and a foundation for a career in Commercial, with opportunities to shape strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration in the Southern Europe market.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support accounts for the company and Pu0026L delivery alongside the Sales Manager
• Manage the forecast process and improve forecast accuracy
• Ensure contract administration is correct and advise on improvements (contract universe u0026 Vendavo pricing)
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to devise and deliver a new business strategy




• Manage key new business customers and recruit/grow them
• Ensure internal functions deliver high levels of customer service
• Hold regular monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve queries from internal teams
• Proactively manage customers with knowledge of Spain market trends
• Implement effective ways of working and establish best practices

Responsabilidades
• Degree-level xqbhyrx in a Commercial or Business discipline
• Knowledge in account management in packaging sector
• Some knowledge of sustainability practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Driven with initiative and ability to meet objectives
• Energetic, passionate and persuasive
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Fluent English
