As an HRBP at Netflix, you partner with five functions across Spain and Türkiye to translate business goals into people strategies. You will coach leaders, drive talent initiatives, and manage employee relations and culture stewardship in a high-ownership, matrixed environment. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution, aligning HR programs with business priorities. You will work closely with GBP partners to implement global programs locally and lead org design and change initiatives.

• Provide day-to-day HR support for Marketing, Global Comms, Global Affairs, Legal, and Products u0026 Technology (excl. Ads) in collaboration with Regional Functional HRBPs

• 6 or more years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience in a dynamic, integral organization
