As a Finance Business Partner for Oatly’s global functions, you will translate financial data into actionable insights and drive SGu0026amp;A planning and optimization. You’ll lead or contribute to initiatives that improve cost, processes, and systems, ensuring data-driven decisions align with the company’s financial goals. You will partner with senior leaders to challenge trade-offs and shape long-term planning, reporting, and performance insights. This role sits at the HQ in Malmö, with proximity options to select European offices.

• Manage long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting in collaboration with functional leaders

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning with global/corporate exposure
• BSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Proven leadership and project management xqbhyrx experience in cross-functional initiatives
• Strong ability to challenge and influence stakeholders using facts and insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Curiosity and ability to understand how parts of the business operate
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets and finan
