As AVP of Data 360, you will lead Salesforce’s Data 360 sales in EMEA, shaping the direction of the data platform and driving revenue growth through a high-performing team. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align resources, influence roadmap, and expand partnerships. This role blends advanced data tech with strategic sales leadership to transform how customers leverage data. You’ll represent Data 360 at events and empower teams with a compelling, data-driven narrative.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and lead GTM for Data 360 in EMEA and drive revenue growth across Data 360-related sellers
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Employee Success and Recruiting to maximize Data 360 resources and influence product roadmap
• Own the long-term growth strategy for Data 360, identify opportunities, expand channels and build strategic partnerships




• Build and lead a high-performing Data 360 team, driving recruitment, development, coaching and performance management with a diverse, inclusive culture
• Lead internal enablement sessions (all-hands, kickoffs, summits) and translate strategy into engaging narratives
• Represent the organization at company-wide events, conferences and leadership forums as a credible spokesperson

Responsabilidades
• Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics with ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences in the EMEA region
• Proven experience leading second- or third-line strategic sales teams at national or global levels with a track xqbhyrx record of exceeding revenue targets
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster cultural change, and implement continuous improvement
