What You Will Do
This role provides administrative support to the Global Mobility Manager and our HR teams and business groups across all Scopely hubs. The candidate needs to have strong collaborating and relationship-building skills,



excellent customer service, be process driven and detail-oriented.
- Initiates relocation and immigration cases with global providers; ensures service delivery quality and data accuracy
- Provides data / report / cost estimation to managers and Talent Team
- Conducts data audits in various systems
- Coordinates the relocation, immigration and tax processes with external vendors following Scopely’s policies
- Maintain and enhance relationships through on-going communication with business units and provide feedback on operational processes and issues that affect the employee experience
- Prepare travel and employment verification letters
- Track exceptions to relocation policy and communicate trending to manager, recommend specific actions to reduce costs/add value
- Review third party vendor invoices
- Participate in special projects as needed with internal stakeholders
