As Founding Product Designer, you’ll shape a brand-new Factorial product from zero to scalable value. You’ll own end-to-end design, from discovery through high-fidelity delivery, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to turn ambiguity into simple, impactful solutions. You’ll define goals, roadmaps, and design foundations that scale as the product and team grow. This is a hands-on, founder-at-heart role in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where your work directly shapes the business and user experience. You’ll have a clear opportunity to build the design function and mentor others while influencing company direction.
