Position OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all property equipment and infrastructure. You ensure that all technical systems operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption, directly supporting both the guest experience and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and equipment
- Inspect property infrastructure, machinery, and systems to ensure safety and functionality
- Address plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repair issues
- Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
- Install basic appliances or equipment as required
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and shift reports
- Safely use hand tools and power tools in line with company guidelines
- Support vendor coordination and assist external contractors when necessary
- Identify and report hazards or safety concerns to management
