In this role you will lead remediation across integral travel portfolios, starting with the UK, to ensure rate adequacy and sustainable profitability. You will work with Pricing, Actuarial, Claims, and Distribution to implement targeted actions that improve performance and align with Allianz and AzP standards. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, driving cross-functional remediation and commercial impact.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead remediation efforts across global travel portfolios, with initial focus on United Kingdom market
• Conduct deep-dive performance analysis at client and portfolio level to identify deterioration causes (rate inadequacy, rating factor drift, risk mix shifts)
• Collaborate with Pricing to align tariff and non-tariff books with expectations and adjust when deviations occur
• Coordinate with Portfolio Monitoring and Actuarial to identify underperforming segments and define remediation plans; provide performance data for central tools
• Ensure underwriting actions adhere to Allianz standards and AzP Underwriting Guidelines with strong technical and commercial impact
• Support annual planning via commercial margin analysis, forecast remedial outcomes, and highlight residual risks
• Maintain transparency on portfolio changes for reserve adequacy and technical provisioning
• Represent underwriting in cross-functional remediation squads with Product, Distribution, and Claims to address root causes and drive profitability
• Present findings and proposed actions to senior leadership with data-driven rationale and outcome-focused proposals
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring
• Degree in Actuarial Science, xqbhyrx Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytic
