You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization while identifying churn risk, migrations and upsell opportunities through deep DR/R resilience expertise.You will own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap, engaging CISO/CIO stakeholders and aligning with Sales and CS leadership to influence pricing and renewal terms.
