We are looking for an

International Area Sales Manager

with experience in international B2B markets and a strong background in managing distributors and partners.
The idóneo candidate will have knowledge of

electrical and/or electronic solutions for industrial applications , the ability to develop sales strategies by country or region, and expertise in sectors and sales channels related to

energy efficiency, power quality, electric mobility, or renewable energy .
Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the

electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector .

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Define and execute the sales plan for assigned countries.
Manage, develop, and energize the distributor and partner network.
Conduct regular visits to strategic customers and key accounts.
Identify new business and market expansion opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.




Coordinate sales activities with the Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams.
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor business targets.
Participate in international trade fairs, events, and promotional activities.
Analyze competitors and market trends.

What Are We Looking For?
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
Experience
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in international B2B sales.
Proven experience in developing European markets.
Previous experience with manufacturers in the electrical equipment, energy, industrial automation, or electric mobility sectors is highly valued.
Languages
Fluent English is essential.
Additional languages are a plus, especially French.
Other Requirements
Availability to travel frequently across Europe.
Key Competencies
Strong sales profile with a results-oriented mindset.
