As an Account Manager – Public Sector at SoftwareOne you will identify new business opportunities, drive customer success, and deliver tailored technology solutions aligned with client needs.
By combining strong sales execution with public sector expertise , you will help grow SoftwareOne’s business and position the company as a trusted advisor, while collaborat ing with internal teams, vendors,



and partners to deliver infrastructure and data center modernization projects with long ‑ term value.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of public sector clients , ensur ing customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Understand client needs and propose tailored technology and digital transformation solutions
Promote projects and services related to IT infrastructure, storage, virtualization, hyperconvergence, and data center modernization
Leverage knowledge of the Spanish public sector and procurement processes to position SoftwareOne as a trusted advisor
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records using CRM tools

Job Requirements

Proven experience in account management and business development within the IT sector, particularly in technology infrastructure environments
