In this role you guide multi-site battery energy storage projects from design to commissioning, acting as a bridge between Tesla Energy initiatives and regional teams. You’ll lead deployment, validate electrical and control designs, coordinate with contractors and customers, and ensure projects reach an operational state. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with latest designs and local requirements, driving continuous improvement in a fast-evolving energy landscape. This is a mission-driven, hands-on engineering role with broad scope and impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide engineering support during contracting with design and integration recommendations
• Lead deployment phases and oversee commissioning to reach operational state
• Review and approve system design drawings (electrical, civil, communications)
• Coordinate with contractors, installers,



and customers
• Program and test system controls as needed
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders during deployment
• Collaborate with the general Tesla Energy team for inter-regional cooperation
• Communicate local technical and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive improvements

Responsabilidades
• Degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering
• Knowledge of battery systems, electrical protection, power conversion, MV/HV systems, communications, xqbhyrx and controls
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality decision-making
• Strong communication skills
• Professional fluency in English; French/Dutch/Spanish a plus
• Relevant work experience in electrical design, deployment, testing, and commissioning
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations and experience with commercial/industrial electrical installations and
