In this role you will steer Clinical Site Management (CSM) for general studies, ensuring timely, compliant site activities and study deliverables. You will lead or co-lead CSM strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage risks and TMF readiness. You’ll drive site selection, activation, engagement, and close-out, shaping how trials run across regions. This is a high-impact position that supports AbbVie’s mission to deliver innovative medicines by optimizing study execution at scale.

• Analyze study timelines and feasibility for CSM deliverables
• Communicate and align CSM resource needs with country leaders
• Own study-level site monitoring strategy and Site Monitoring Plan
• Lead Site Engagement Strategy and maintain study-level timelines
• Drive site-level activities (selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence, close-out)
• Oversee monitoring activities across study/area levels with quality and milestone tracking
• Support data snapshots and database locks per the Data Cleaning Plan
• Ensure site closures per Site Closure Plan
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks; contribute to RAMP
• Collaborate with SMLs and stakeholders to address risks and ensure execution
• Ensure CSM artifacts TMF completeness and inspection readiness across the study
• Maintain ongoing CSM compliance and issue escalation in a matrix environment
• Prepare and deliver CSM inputs for study-level documentation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a (para)medical or scientific field
• minimum 5 years of industry clinical research experience
• preferably 2 years in monitoring xqbhyrx or project management on a global study
• experience across Phase II/III (and Phase I in patients) and multiple therapeutic areas
