In this Regulatory Compliance Manager role, you will help protect client assets and uphold safeguarding standards across Revolut’s fintech platform. You’ll design and implement control processes, advise on safeguarding to business teams, and guide regulatory interpretation for products and services. You’ll work with the Client Assets Oversight Officer on risk governance and drive audits related to safeguarding compliance. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, and implement control processes for client asset protection compliance
• Provide technical safeguarding compliance guidance to business and support functions
• Interpret safeguarding regulations for products and services
• Support the Client Assets Oversight Officer with risk management and governance
• Review client money and custody asset reconciliations and produce effectiveness reports
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and reviews related to safeguarding compliance
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in safeguarding management in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator
• In-depth knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations
• Experience xqbhyrx managing control processes within financial services, including front-to-back office trade flows
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to mitigate regulatory risks
• Experience conducting safeguarding gap analysis, supporting policy creation and implementation
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve experti
