You will own the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP CDC, driving roll-outs and stakeholder alignment across global teams. This role sits in the External Marketing Platforms team, enabling compliant data handling and effective marketing tech use. You’ll manage the product backlog, coordinate go-live activities, and ensure IT service management and data privacy compliance. Your work directly influences how Siemens Healthineers engages customers through consent-driven marketing and data flows. This is a globally impactful position that blends product ownership, vendor coordination, and regulatory awareness to enable scalable marketing platforms.

• Own and manage the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud
• Coordinate change management and go-live activities across countries and applications, including API integrations
• Plan, execute,
and validate test management and user acceptance testing with stakeholders
• Manage product backlog and lead discussions with integral cross-functional teams for transparency
• Oversee IT Service Management including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Coordinate vendors (including SaaS providers) delivering the service
• Ensure IT system compliance with quality, information security, and data privacy regulations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science)
• Strong understanding of consent and preference xqbhyrx management, preferably SAP CDC
• API knowledge and experience with API platforms (e.g., Postman)
• Experience delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum) and knowledge of ITIL governance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer/service orientation
