In this role you will guide clients through Workday reporting and analytics transformations, turning business needs into efficient, best-practice reports and configurations. You’ll work within the Workday Business Group to deliver cloud-based HR analytics and enable smarter decisions at scale. Your work supports large, general projects and AI-enabled reporting initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements, analyze data, and resolve issues while advancing your expertise in Workday analytics and GenAI-enabled delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to identify, define, and translate technical requirements into efficient reports and configurations.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in large data sets.

• Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
Responsabilidades
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytics in Workday or similar ERPs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to translate and visualize requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to meet travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
