How You'll Make An Impact

- Support the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with integral business priorities and organizational goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms.
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant.




- Coordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
- Prepare communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content.
- Partner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging.
- Support communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.
- Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration, and employee engagement.
