In this role you will manage key accounts and drive value realization for customers using Emerson solutions. You will develop account plans, map stakeholders, and pursue growth opportunities across the portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and differentiate tailored solutions. You will stay ahead of market trends to identify new demand and contribute to durable customer relationships and revenue growth.

• Account management: build long-term customer relationships and loyalty; manage stakeholder expectations
• Develop and execute account plans to acquire accounts, identify whitespace, generate demand and pursue green/brown-field opportunities
• Map customer stakeholders, understand roles and influence, and help customers achieve outcomes with our product
• Conduct needs assessments with BDMs to identify pains and business drivers
• Proactively ensure value delivery and customer success post-sell
• Present tailored solutions to stakeholders and demonstrate how they meet needs
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within accounts from lead to PO, leveraging the product portfolio
• Collaborate with support, BDMs and specialists; assign ownership of complex pursuits and guide decision-makers
• Realize price through portfolio value creation

• Maintain accurate activity, lifecycle and forecast records in CRM or sales tools
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or application engineering in an industrial/technical environment (plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong personal drive, resilience, and results focus
• Ability to travel up to 80% for customer v
