As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager at BMC, you will cultivate and grow our channel partner ecosystem to drive revenue and market expansion. You will enable partners with resources, tools, and strategic guidance, collaborating with internal teams to align objectives. Your work will include monitoring partner performance, supporting onboarding and training, and leveraging AI-driven engagement to deliver modern, high-impact partner interactions. • 2+ years of full-sales cycle outbound partner or field sales in a large enterprise software environment
• Experience in Sales Professional, Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant roles within technology or software industry

• Strong technical foundation in orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data
• Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration
