About The Role
We are looking for a senior Inside Sales professional who has led or coached a team before, and is now ready to step back into people leadership. In your current role, you may be operating primarily as an individual contributor carrying your own quota — this role is your path back to managing a team, in a player-coach capacity, leading our Inside Sales organisation across Northern and Central Europe (France, Benelux, Poland, and DACH). You'll carry a small individual quota while owning team performance, pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue goals for the region.
