As a Partner in ERM's Sustainable Product u0026amp; Supply Chain team in Southern Europe, you lead growth in crop protection and agricultural chemicals, translating complex regulations into strategic client solutions. You will drive business development, manage key accounts, and shape proposals while collaborating with cross-functional experts. You’ll leverage ERM’s global network to deliver integrated, high-impact outcomes for clients across industries. This role combines leadership, client-facing strategy, and equity-enabled partnership at a global firm.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the Sustainable Product u0026 Supply Chain team and client base
• Drive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery and market engagement
• Act as a senior seller/doer, winning projects annually with support from peers and technical experts




• Be client facing with a proven track record of developing key client relationships
• Design and direct large projects and multi-person teams while meeting scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Provide people leadership—coaching and mentoring consultants and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Promote cross-selling of ERM's diverse service areas to broaden client impact
• Leverage ERM's global network to deliver integrated solutions across regions

Responsabilidades
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for crop protection and chemical products (EU/GB REACH)
• Commercial leadership with strong business development and account management experience
• Ability to translate xqbhyrx regulatory requirements into strategic client-focused solutions
