As Transformation Manager, you will steer end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within Allianz Technology's strategy portfolio. You’ll mobilize cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure realized value, potentially operating from the Transformation Office or embedded in a business function. You’ll translate strategy into executable roadmaps, govern delivery, and drive benefits realization at scale. This role offers visibility across senior leadership and the chance to shape how technology and operations transform for impact.

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more transformation initiatives from initiation to stabilization
• Translate strategy into mandates, roadmaps and execution plans with defined scope and milestones
• Lead cross-workstream execution, mobilize leaders and stakeholders, secure commitment
• Establish governance structures (Steering Committees, reviews)



and drive issue/risk resolution
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs and benefits plans; report progress to senior leadership
• Manage risks, issues and interdependencies with audit-ready documentation
• Coordinate dependencies across workstreams and ensure alignment with target architecture
• Plan and execute change management, communications and training
• Manage finances and resources; ensure transparency of spend and value delivery
• Promote continuous improvement of transformation methods and tooling
• Contribute to portfolio-level analysis and broader strategy-execution goals
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years leading complex transformation or large-scale change initiatives in technology/operations
• Strong delivery track record with hybrid Agile/Waterfall methods
• Governance design experience; familiarity with PM methods (PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/SA
