GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Program Manager to join the Wind Controls Engineering Sub-System team in Greenville, SC. This role will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering execution by providing strong program management discipline, cross-functional coordination, and operational rigor across Controls programs.

As a Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution of the Controls sub-system scope across the product lifecycle. You will report to the Controls Integration Leader and work closely with the Sub-System Operations Leader, program leadership, systems engineering, functional teams,



and partner sub-systems to ensure priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables are clearly aligned.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, collaborative, and structured program leader who can operate effectively in a integral engineering environment, support timely decision making, and help teams deliver with quality and predictability.

Essential Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and communicate the integrated Controls sub-system program schedule, including milestones, dependencies, budget inputs, resource needs, and key execution priorities.
- Partner with program leaders, systems integration leaders, functional managers, and other engineering sub-systems to align Controls deliverables with overall Wind Engineering program objectives.
- Apply disciplined program management practices, daily management routines, and appropriate GE Vernova Wind tools and other planning
