The RoleThe Reception & Team Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Madrid office, while also contributing to regional initiatives across EMEA. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for employees, customers, and visitors, maintaining a safe and compliant environment, and supporting broader facilities and operational goals. The position requires a proactive, organized,



and service-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Language proficiency: Must speak and write fluently in English and Spanish.
Your ImpactEnsure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and showroom, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This includes managing consumables, coordinating with contractors, and being the face of the company at the site. Carry out regular compliance and health & safety checks, maintain documentation, support training coordination, and manage a high volume of Facilities Purchase Orders (POs) — ensuring accuracy, budget alignment, and timely processing across multiple vendors.
Support your primary site and any new or future locations in your region, assist with courier and sustainability processes, contribute to EMEA-wide initiatives, and collaborate with other Reception / Team Assistants to share best practices and streamline ope
