As a Materials Planner in Essity’s Personal Care division, you connect suppliers, sites, and production plans across Europe to ensure materials are available when needed. You balance inventory, anticipate risks, and make planning decisions to keep operations smooth in a dynamic setting. You’ll collaborate across teams to manage forecasts, orders, and supplier performance, driving data-driven improvements. This role offers impact on supply continuity and well-being-focused outcomes within a general company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Monitor and execute material plans to ensure timely raw material availability for production
• Maintain regular supplier communication, monitor service levels, and proactively manage supply risks
• Share forecasts with suppliers to support effective planning and material availability
• Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders and supplier call-offs




• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or excess stock risks, balance service and working capital
• Investigate material shortages, delivery deviations, and planning exceptions, driving timely solutions
• Support continuous improvement and maintain accurate planning and procurement master data

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, xqbhyrx or related role in manufacturing
• Experience with SAP, planning tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; collaborative and adaptable
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
