In this strategic, performance-driven role, you shape capability and learning tactics for Global Medical teams across therapeutic areas. You’ll partner with Medical Affairs and DAG leaders to translate priorities into focused training, leveraging AI-enabled tools and flow-of-work learning to boost readiness and scientific exchange. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, driving measurable impact beyond simple completion metrics, in a complex, matrixed environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own capability strategy and learning roadmap for assigned therapeutic areas within a DAG pod
• Design and deliver high-impact scientific learning for integral, regional, and local teams; incorporate AI-enabled tools while upholding scientific and compliance standards
• Drive end-to-end execution from concept to deployment, managing timelines, quality, accessibility, compliance, budgets, and external partners




• Lead cross-functional capability initiatives and align priorities across Medical, Clinical, Field Medical, Commercial, Digital, Content, and external partners
• Partner with Therapeutic Area leaders and senior stakeholders to prioritize capability investments and performance opportunities
• Measure impact through confidence, application, behavior change, customer value, and business relevance using data and feedback
• Develop a robust content and knowledge management approach to keep assets current and reusable
• Build curricula to cover disease state mastery, patient journey, and real-world evidence for effective science communication
• Innovate learning experiences with adult-learning principles, reinforcement, and AI-enabled tools to support performance in the flow of work
• Contribute to enterprise capability initiatives and responsible adoption of AI-enabled learning technologies
