JOB PURPOSE:
The Events Coordinator plays a central role in bringing the ICS community together. Working across the full lifecycle of school events, from planning and promotion through to execution, they are responsible for ensuring every event reflects the school's identity and strengthens the sense of belonging among students, families and staff. This includes designing and producing all related communications and managing the content that keeps our community informed & engaged.
REPORTING TO: DAM
OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: ICS MAC team; Academic Faculty; ICS Community of Students, Parents & Staff; Parent Association Executive Team;
- External: Central MAC Team in Europe; Event suppliers; AV Agencies; Caterers; Alumni

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
EVENTS
Responsibility for the development and execution of whole school community event calendar to bring to life the unique identity of the school and showcase the school in the best light possible. Building and Strengthening Community
- Support the DAM and SLT to compile the annual event calendar and schedule for the school, ensuring that as many events as possible are optimized for parent retention and, where appropriate, parent recruitment.
- Support & organize Parent Partnership Events promoting them within the ICS community.
- Support & organize Alumni events during the academic year liaising with Alumni.
- Oversee and support the organization, promotion and execution of whole school community events alongside the PA Events Committee, Executive Team and other key members of staff
- Oversee the development and execution of event management procedures to ensure all events are executed efficiently and effectively.
