Your skills:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on PC and laptop hardware support experience.
- Experience providing onsite and remote IT support in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good English communication skills for collaborating with international teams.

Your tasks:
- Provide onsite IT support as the first point of contact for end users, including VIP users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and workstation issues (IMACD: Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose).




- Configure user accounts in Active Directory and document all work in the ticketing system.
- Perform hardware maintenance, deployments, upgrades, and inventory management.
- Deliver "Smart Hands" support, assist remote teams, and coordinate with external service providers.
- Support meeting room technology and participate in weekly calls with the international team in English.
