THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Wellhub Product Development team's ecosystem. The Tech Talent Acquisition team is responsible for sourcing, engaging,



and hiring top-tier Technology and Product talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and driving strategic initiatives designed for hiring effectiveness and long-term organizational success.

This Individual Contributor role requires strategic planning and analytical expertise to attract, hire, and retain talent in alignment with Wellhub's goals. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, leverage data-driven insights for decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance hiring outcomes while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

YOUR IMPACT

_ Strategic Coordination & Partnership_:
- Act as a technical reference within the Tech Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship to drive performance and strategic hiring outcomes;
