Professional fluency in French, Spanish, and English is required for this role. All three languages are essential.

About the role

After Ibiza, Oh My Dog is opening in Madrid. We're a modern, fast-casual food concept built on great food, flawless execution, a strong team, and a brand people come back to.

The Madrid location will be approximately 100-150 sqm, with a team of around 6 people across kitchen and operations. The business will focus on premium fast-casual dining, takeaway, delivery (Uber Eats, Glovo, etc.), B2B catering, and events.

We're looking for the person who will lead Oh My Dog Madrid from the ground up.

This is not a role for someone who arrives on opening day to manage a restaurant that's already built. You'll join several weeks before opening and work directly with the founders on fit-out follow-up,



building processes, recruiting and training the team, setting up inventory and supplier flows, preparing delivery operations, developing catering opportunities, and getting everything ready for launch.

Once the doors open, you become the operational leader on the ground — making decisions, taking ownership, and leading by example.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of around 6 people across kitchen, sales, checkout, takeaway, and delivery
- Build a stable, high-performing team and a strong working culture
- Stay hands-on during service — supporting the floor, kitchen, and delivery as needed
- Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, reduce waste, and maintain strict operational processes
- Drive commercial growth: revenue, average spend, repeat customers, catering, and delivery platform performance
- Monitor key metrics: revenue, margin, foo
