Leading European bioanalytical CRO based in Barcelona (Spain), which provides bioanalytical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries worldwide, looking for its Central Lab Department: Junior Project Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Client Interaction: * Assist in coordinating Central Lab projects within clinical trials. * Communicate with clients, CROs, and clinical centres to ensure requirements are met. * Oversee the preparation of clinical trial kits and related materials.
- Sample & Logistics Management: * Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs, and clinical centres. * Liaise with courier services, manage queries, resolve incidents, and obtain necessary import-export permits.
- Orders & Supplier Management: * Manage orders and suppliers, including placing orders, following up, and reviewing received items.
- Documentation & Compliance: * Prepare and maintain Central Lab technical documentation (e.g., Lab Manuals,



Clinical Forms). What we are looking for: * University degree or professional training in Life Sciences. * Organized, methodical, and proactive with strong attention to detail. * Proven experience in coordinating and executing projects. * Excellent level of English; additional languages a plus. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. * Strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on approach. * High motivation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international team.
