We are working with an international B2B company specialising in professional communication and technology solutions, offering products such as headsets, telephony, video conferencing, walkie-talkies, and other business communication solutions.
The company is expanding its German market from its Barcelona office and is looking for a commercially driven, hunter-minded sales professional who enjoys creating new opportunities, developing existing accounts, and turning conversations into business.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales campaigns via phone and email
- Reactivate inactive customers and develop existing accounts
- Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities
- Qualify and manage leads through to conversion
- Hand over qualified opportunities to the relevant Sales team when needed




- Support the Portuguese market when required
- Manage sales activity and opportunities through HubSpot
- Work towards sales, reactivation, and opportunity-generation targets

Core skills/experience
- Fluent level German essential.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or telesales.
- Proven experience with outbound calling.
- Strong commercial and results-driven mindset.
- Confident handling objections and engaging with customers.
- Persistent, proactive, and comfortable with rejection.
- Strong organisation and CRM discipline.
- Nice to have: experience in IT, telecommunications, electronics, B2B distribution, or e-commerce.
- Nice to have: HubSpot, Spanish and/or English
