Operating with direct feedback, high velocity, and zero unnecessary meetings, the team moves fast to build the future of AI-driven GTM execution.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?⁉️
As Revenue Operations Lead, you'll act as the analytical engine behind the GTM organization and serve as a direct co-pilot to the CCO, owning the data and models that drive channel mix, general expansion, capacity planning, and pricing decisions.
- Own end-to-end revenue performance across direct sales, partnerships,



and self-serve channels from first touch to expansion
- Define funnel stage definitions, pipeline rules, and performance standards for direct execution by a dedicated ops team in HubSpot
- Partner with the CCO on revenue and headcount planning, including capacity models, ramp curves, quota coverage, and market-by-market hiring
- Build and run executive dashboards tracking MRR, pipeline coverage, stage-by-stage conversion rates, and forecasts
- Track international performance per market and rep to identify top GTM playbooks and scale them to new expansion countries
- Build operating cadences and attribution reporting for partner and reseller channels alongside the Partnerships team
- Design and manage AI-powered reporting and analysis workflows (LLMs, MCP integrations, automation) to keep ops lean and scalable
- Partner with leadership to run fast-paced GTM experiments across pricing, compensation models, and territory performance
