About the role:
As Payroll Manager at SD Worx Iberia, you will help coordinate, monitor, and optimize our clients’ service, serving as their primary point of contact for service follow-up, as well as the point of reference for the team of consultants responsible for providing day-to-day service to them.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Service launch management: procedures manual, payroll schedule.
- Local client management and corporate-level activity tracking (for international companies).
- Service monitoring and client follow-up.
- Tracking billing for assigned clients as well as the processing of purchase orders for additional services.
- Providing expert support and advice to the service team on procedures involving government agencies, labor regulations, and payroll optimization.
What do you have to offer?
- At least 15 years of experience in payroll administration and Spanish labor law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills, with experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes.
- Experience with Integrho and SAP is considered an advantage.
- You are assertive, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain effective under pressure.
