As Financial Controller,



you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of our Finance function,ensuring the business has the financial insight, controls, and reporting needed to make confident decisions. Reporting to the Finance Director and leading a team of five, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business, helping drive performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with operational excellence. You'll oversee everything from financial reporting and cashflow management to budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and team development, ensuring Finance operates as a proactive and commercially focused business partner. You will:
- Lead, develop and inspire the Finance Team, creating a high-performing culture with clear priorities and accountability.
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
