At haddock, a PM is an uncertainty resolver who bridges the gap between complex AI technology and real-world restaurant needs. As we scale, we are looking for someone who has already lived the operational challenges, metrics, and business dynamics of a B2B SaaS. We need a creative PM with exceptional judgment to lead large initiatives independently and maintain a direct pulse on our customers.

About Product Managers at haddock
At haddock, we don/'t believe in /"feature factories./" As a PM here,
you are the Directly Responsible Individual for your area.
- You won’t be writing specs: Our Product Engineers own the technical specs and execution. You will focus on the /"Why/" and the /"What./" You/'ll talk to customers, look at the data, and collaborate with engineers to decide what not to build.
- Prototyping is your superpower: We favor action. You’ll spend a significant part of your time prototyping and validating ideas (think Peter Yang: idea in the morning, prototype at noon, customer validation by lunch).
- AI-native mindset: You don/'t just /"add AI/" to a feature; you rethink user flows assuming AI is the core engine. You are the brain that shapes the AI’s output with criteria and context.
- Customer Proximity: Many of our restaurants are based right here in Barcelona. You’ll be just a step away from the people using what you build.
