Your Role

Primary Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Keep employee records updated in our HR system and properly organized, both digital and physical.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, terminations, HR letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, commissions, absences, vacation requests, and other employee updates.
- Support the coordination of vacation requests, leaves, permissions, and internal HR processes.
- Coordinate occupational health and safety activities,



medical exams, training sessions, and related documentation.
- Support employee relations processes with confidentiality and professionalism.

Recruitment and Selection
- Publish job openings on different platforms.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match the requirements.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interviews (after the first filter and screening call).
- Conduct initial phone interviews in English and Spanish.
- Follow up on technical tests, assessments, references, and background checks when required.
- Keep candidate files, job descriptions, and recruitment documentation organized and up to date.
- Support the preparation of candidate summaries and hiring documentation.

Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate new hire documentation, equipment delivery, access requests, and onboarding checklists.
