Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic player in the modern tech and services sector, already making serious waves across Europe. They’ve mastered their home turf and have officially set their sights on Spain.
We are helping them build a brand-new Sales Hub in Barcelona, starting this September. This means you aren’t just joining a company; you are entering at ground zero of a massive expansion. You’ll have the backing, resources, and stability of an established European brand, combined with the pure energy, excitement, and growth potential of a startup.

And your role in this?

Own the full sales cycle for Italy based experience providers, bringing the capability for full-cycle selling (including your own lead sourcing when needed).
- Conduct crisp, trust-building product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations that respect the client’s time.




- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by focusing on the business solution rather than just tech features—understanding the client's world and closing with strong sales instincts.
- Manage 30+ concurrent customer dialogues with high structure, discipline, and stamina.
- Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to opportunity management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Share insights from the Italian market to support product and commercial strategy.
- Represent Understory at relevant events and networking opportunities.
