This role suits someone who brings clarity to ambiguity, connects player needs with product and business goals, and drives strong design direction across complex systems, working closely with Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, Engineering, and Leadership to frame opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver player value at scale.
Own UX strategy for Player Value across progression, rewards, streaks, challenges, onboarding, and engagement systems
Design end‐to‐end experiences, from flows and prototypes to specs and content, owning quality through delivery
Partner across Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, and Engineering, bridging crafts and seniority levels to align teams on feasibility and design quality
Ground decisions in evidence, working with UX Research and Data to iterate and improve over time
