Marketing & Sales ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas (Northwest area in Spain). Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.Prioritizing customer visits as the primary commercial activity, building presence and trust with key end users and strategic accounts.Growing the portfolio mix by promoting the full range of Medium & Low Voltage services including maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.Becoming a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operations, anticipating their needs,

Qualifications for the Role You have an engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar.At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service.Experience in Salesforce, medium & low voltage technical skills and experience delivering tailored solutions to customer needs is needed.
