Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Spain. As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic and technical partner to large enterprise customers throughout their entire journey. The role combines technical expertise, project management, customer success, and consultative problem-solving.
You will work closely with Sales, Support, Engineering, and other teams to deliver solutions that create measurable customer value.
Your curiosity and ability to understand complex data environments will help customers get the most from a sophisticated technology platform.
Manage and execute customer-facing technical projects, ensuring onboarding activities are well organized, timely, and aligned with customer objectives.
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and support the growth of strategic accounts.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
Manage competing priorities, deadlines,



and unexpected roadblocks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Demonstrated experience managing and delivering technical projects with a customer-first mindset and strong empathy for customer needs.
