With this role, you will ensure proper funnctioning of the production activities of the factory in line with the strategy, in order to deliver products according to the requirements of the clients (quality, price) on a safe and sustainable way.

What we ask
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing management
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
- Strong people management experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong people leadership and team development abilities
