The Project Bonmont Resort is a new international destination currently in pre-opening phase in Tarragona, Spain. The project will combine a premium hotel, an Opening in 2027, the resort will combine a premium international hotel, extensive meetings and events facilities, a championship golf offering and complementary leisure experiences. Designed to attract national and international leisure, golf, MICE and tour operator business, Bonmont aims to become one of Southern Europe's most distinctive resort destinations.
The Role
We are looking for the founding Director of Sales & Marketing to position and launch Bonmont Resort in selected international markets ahead of the 2027 opening. The role will turn the concept of Bonmont into a compelling market proposition, generate demand before opening and build a commercial platform across the hotel, golf and complementary facilities.
What you will do
Develop the positioning, value proposition and commercial narrative for Bonmont Resort.
Build and execute the sales, marketing, distribution, communications and pre-opening launch plans.




Identify priority source markets, customer segments, channels and commercial opportunities.
Develop the MICE and groups strategy, alongside leisure, luxury travel and golf-related opportunities.
Build relationships with key accounts, luxury travel advisors, tour operators, golf partners, consortia and other international partners.
Create a coordinated commercial approach across the hotel, golf and complementary facilities.
Build the sales and marketing organisation, capabilities, budgets, targets and ways of working.
Lead pre-opening demand generation, pipeline development, contracting and market activation.
Establish the commercial reporting framework, forecast process and KPIs required to measure progress.
Represent Bonmont Resort with industry partners, media, travel networks and international market stakeholders.
